The shrimp

Instructions
- Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Season the shrimp with salt and thread them onto doubled skewers to make 4 skewers.
- Preheat a clean, lightly oiled grill to medium heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 4 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Brush the glaze on the shrimp, turn them, and brush the remaining side.
- Cook for an additional minute until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Transfer to a platter, brush with any remaining glaze, and top with sesame seeds and scallions.
