Light & Refreshing Watermelon Matcha

Ingredients

  • ½ watermelon Watermelon
  • 1 serving Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 handful Ice
  • to taste milk Milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the rind.
  2. Blend the watermelon pieces until smooth and pureed.
  3. Strain the blended watermelon to remove seeds and chunks.
  4. Add ice to a tall glass and pour half of the watermelon mixture in.
  5. In a separate glass, mix matcha powder with hot water until dissolved.
  6. Add vanilla extract and honey to the matcha mixture and whisk until combined.
  7. Pour the matcha into the glass with watermelon and stir until mixed.
  8. Top with milk if desired, then serve and enjoy.
