Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the rind.
- Blend the watermelon pieces until smooth and pureed.
- Strain the blended watermelon to remove seeds and chunks.
- Add ice to a tall glass and pour half of the watermelon mixture in.
- In a separate glass, mix matcha powder with hot water until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and honey to the matcha mixture and whisk until combined.
- Pour the matcha into the glass with watermelon and stir until mixed.
- Top with milk if desired, then serve and enjoy.
