Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Spread each slice with 2 tablespoons of hummus.
- Sprinkle each slice with ½ tablespoon of nutritional yeast.
- Top with arugula.
- Slice the avocado and place half on each piece of toast.
- Top each slice with 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, and ½ tablespoon of hemp seeds.
- Enjoy immediately.
