Instructions
- Coat the slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sauté onion and celery until translucent.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and stir in the broth, salt, and pepper.
- Add parsley, sage, thyme, and marjoram to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Transfer the herb mixture to the bowl with the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add the dried bread cubes and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes, then reduce to LOW and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
