Instructions
- Shave the brussels sprouts using a food processor with a slicing blade.
- Chop the kale leaves in the food processor using the same slicing blade.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Add the shredded brussels sprouts and kale to the bowl, along with cranberries, bacon, walnuts, and blue cheese. Toss to coat.
