Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to instructions and form 12 small rice balls, each about 0.7 oz (20g).
- Prepare toppings: slice the cucumber, mix natto with its sauce and mustard, and mix corn with Japanese mayonnaise.
- Cut nori sheets into 6 strips along the lines.
- Wrap nori around the rice balls, sealing the ends with water or a grain of rice.
- Press down the center of the rice to create a well and fill it with toppings.
- Repeat the wrapping and filling process with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
