Air Fryer Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • ½ pound lump crab meat
  • 1 large egg
  • tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ stalk celery
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • ¼ small red bell pepper
  • cup panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste spray cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Fold in the breadcrumbs gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into crab cakes and freeze for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place four crab cakes in it.
  6. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Repeat with the remaining crab cakes.
