Air Fryer Crab Cakes

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a large bowl until combined.
- Fold in the breadcrumbs gently.
- Shape the mixture into crab cakes and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place four crab cakes in it.
- Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Repeat with the remaining crab cakes.
