Ingredients

The crab cake mixture

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium shallot, finely diced
  • 16 ounces fresh Jumbo Lump crab meat or Lump crab meat, patted dry

For serving

  • 1 lemon sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, crushed saltine crackers, mayonnaise, egg, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Add diced red pepper, chopped parsley, and finely diced shallot; combine.
  3. Gently fold in crab meat, keeping some chunks intact.
  4. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture into 5 balls and form into patties.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and place crab cakes on a parchment-lined basket.
  7. Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Serve hot with lemon slices.
