Air Fryer Crab Cakes

fresh Jumbo Lump crab meat or Lump crab meat, patted dry

Instructions
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, crushed saltine crackers, mayonnaise, egg, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
- Add diced red pepper, chopped parsley, and finely diced shallot; combine.
- Gently fold in crab meat, keeping some chunks intact.
- Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into 5 balls and form into patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and place crab cakes on a parchment-lined basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with lemon slices.
