The dressing

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu in a colander while preparing the dressing.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, curry powder, salt, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Crumble the drained tofu into the bowl with the dressing and stir to combine.
