Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Add the pinto beans, corn, and salsa to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Serve over brown rice and top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and jalapeños.
