Slow Cooker Green Chile Chicken

Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chicken thighs for 3 minutes on each side, covered.
- Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker.
- Add the green chiles and taco seasoning over the chicken, and place the rosemary on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Serve hot with your choice of rice or side dishes.
