Ingredients

Bottom Layer

  • 1 cup frozen yellow fruit (banana, mango or pineapple)
  • 1 medium-large ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Middle Layer

  • cups frozen strawberries or other red fruit of choice
  • ½ cup milk of choice

Top Layer

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or other red fruit of choice
  • 1 medium-large ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa or cacao powder

Additional Toppings

  • to taste sliced strawberries
  • to taste sliced bananas
  • to taste chocolate chips
  • to taste chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend the bottom layer ingredients until smooth and pour into glasses.
  2. Blend the middle layer ingredients until smooth and pour over the bottom layer.
  3. Blend the top layer ingredients until smooth and pour over the middle layer.
  4. Top with assorted fruit slices, chocolate chips, or nuts if desired.
