Four Cheese Ravioli with Homemade Marinara Sauce

The marinara sauce

olive oil

onion, diced

can of San Marazano Tomatoes, crushed

can of fire roasted tomatoes, diced

fresh basil, chiffoned
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and ravioli, and cook until al dente (about 7-9 minutes).
- In a medium sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic and tomato paste to the onions and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and bring to a simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Add fresh basil, stir, and cook for 1 more minute.
- Drain the ravioli and serve with the marinara sauce on top.
