Mango Tempeh Lettuce Wraps

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the crumbled tempeh and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the hoisin sauce and lime juice, then remove from heat.
- Divide the tempeh mixture, diced mango, cucumber, cashews, and mint leaves among the lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce or your preferred sauce and serve.
