Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 large Avocados
  • 6 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 cups English cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp Fresh dill
  • 3 tbsp Fresh parsley

The dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  2. Combine the avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh dill, and fresh parsley in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
