Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • ΒΌ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

The dressing

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
