Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Oats

Ingredients

The oats

  • cup regular oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Peanut butter OR 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • to taste sweetener

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients except strawberries and walnuts in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Whisk well until combined.
  3. Stir every minute or two for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Before serving, stir in the strawberries and nuts.
