Caramelized Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large saucepan.
- 2. Add oats and chia seeds to the boiling water, then reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until soft.
- 3. Remove from heat and mix in cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, peanut butter, milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
- 4. In a skillet, melt butter and brown sugar over medium-high heat.
- 5. Add sliced bananas and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
- 6. Serve oatmeal in bowls and top with additional milk, maple syrup, walnuts/almonds, and caramelized bananas.
