Instructions
- Cook the oatmeal as per package directions, using milk for creaminess if desired.
- In a skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, then add maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla, allowing it to bubble.
- Add the banana slices to the skillet and simmer until they are soft and plump.
- Remove from heat, stir half of the bananas into the oatmeal, and reserve the rest for topping.
- Add any additional toppings and serve.
