Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the milk and maple syrup to the mashed bananas and stir well.
- Mix in the oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, then stir again.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle extra walnuts on top if desired.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is firm.
- Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
