Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8"x8" baking dish.
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mash 3 ½ bananas and reserve the remaining ½ banana.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add the mashed banana.
- Stir in the brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- Add the melted butter and stir well.
- Mix in the milk, followed by the oats and chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Slice the reserved banana and arrange the slices on top.
- Add the pecan halves on top as desired.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool in the pan, then cut into portions and serve.
