Ingredients

The base

  • 2 large Bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats

The toppings

  • ½ cup Pecan Halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 bananas, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in the oats and pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the mixture.
  5. Add pecan halves on top if using.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve or store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
