Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 bananas, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Fold in the oats and pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
- Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the mixture.
- Add pecan halves on top if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Cut into squares and serve or store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
