Ingredients

The base

  • 2 ¼ cups rolled oats

The wet ingredients

  • ~1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large or 3 medium)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Optional mix-ins

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, or banana coins

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 pan with nonstick spray, optionally lining it with parchment paper.
