Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If the batter is too thick, add almond or oat milk to loosen it.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
