Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 large bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add almond or oat milk to loosen it.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
