Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ banana banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt

The topping

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • optional sliced banana

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Blend the rolled oats, banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-ounce ramekin.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and add banana slices if desired.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
