Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
- In a bowl or the prepared baking dish, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
- Transfer the batter to the baking dish if mixed in a bowl, and top with extra walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Serve topped with peanut butter, banana slices, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and/or yogurt if desired.
