Baked Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, spraying the inside first to prevent sticking.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the oats, egg, non-dairy milk, bananas, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Blend on the lowest setting for about 15 seconds until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and fold in the pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, drizzle with melted coconut butter and cut into 9-12 squares.
