Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the mashed banana, eggs, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy.
- 3. Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract while mixing until well combined.
- 4. In another bowl, mix the oats, flax seed, baking powder, and salt.
- 5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and fold in ¾ cup of dark chocolate chips.
- 6. Transfer the batter to the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips on top.
- 7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8. Allow to cool slightly, slice into squares, and serve warm.
