Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare ramekins or a baking dish with oil.
- 2. Method one: Blend all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor until smooth.
- 3. Method two: Pulse oats until fine, then mix with dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients and combine well.
- 4. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm but slightly spongey in the middle.
