Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉ and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, yogurt, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Gently fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with extra raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with yogurt and maple syrup if desired.
