Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 10-inch by 7-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Mash the banana in a large bowl and then mix in the wet ingredients until combined.
- Add the rolled oats, white whole wheat flour, baking powder, berries, and salt to the mixture and stir.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with additional berries if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then add more chocolate chips if desired and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
