Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

The mix-ins

  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup mixed berries (e.g., raspberries and blackberries)

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the bananas and egg in a blender, then transfer to a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. 4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
