Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mash the ripe banana in a large bowl until pureed.
- Add the remaining wet ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
