Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, coconut sugar, flax seed, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mash the banana and mix in the milk, almond butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries and spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until set, then cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
