Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 square baking dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Arrange two-thirds of the blueberries in the baking dish, then pour the oat mixture over them.
- Pour the milk mixture over the oats and gently shake the dish to ensure even coverage.
- Sprinkle the remaining blueberries on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes until golden and set, then let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
