Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mash the bananas until you have 1½ cups of banana mash.
- In a large bowl, combine the banana mash with eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and baking powder, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the milk and whisk again until fully combined.
- Stir in the old fashioned oats until evenly mixed.
- Gently fold in the frozen blueberries to prevent them from bleeding into the mixture.
- Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and pour in the oat mixture.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
