Ingredients

The base

  • 2 pieces bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 pieces flax eggs or regular eggs
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups plant milk

The topping

  • ½ - 1 cup dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mash the bananas in the dish and mix in the maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and flax eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the oats, baking soda, salt, and plant milk to the dish, stirring until smooth.
  4. Top the mixture with dark chocolate before baking.
  5. Bake for 28-35 minutes, adjusting time based on desired consistency.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving, optionally with fresh berries and bananas.
