Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 unit egg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

The toppings

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend rolled oats, cocoa powder, banana, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into two greased ramekins.
  4. Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the center of each ramekin and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 22 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
