Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend rolled oats, cocoa powder, banana, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into two greased ramekins.
- Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the center of each ramekin and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Bake for 22 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
