Ingredients

The base

  • cup Bob’s Red Mill Quick Oats
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Flavorings

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and brush three oven-safe ramekins with coconut oil.
  2. Blend all ingredients except cacao and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a pre-greased ramekin.
  4. Add cacao to the remaining batter in the blender and blend until smooth, then pour 1/2 into another ramekin.
  5. Add peanut butter to the remaining batter in the blender, blend until smooth, and pour into the last ramekin.
  6. Bake for 22 minutes or until golden.
