Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mash the ripe banana in a large bowl until pureed.
- Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
