Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and add nuts on top if desired.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the center is almost set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving, and enjoy with yogurt if desired.
