Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the egg, applesauce, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, and salt.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- 5. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- 6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until set.
- 7. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into four pieces to serve.
