Ingredients

The base

  • 1 large egg
  • cup applesauce
  • cups milk
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

The dry ingredients

  • cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup diced walnuts

The fruit

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions
