Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste optional liquid sweetener
  • a pinch salt

Mix-ins

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a ramekin.
  2. Blend all base ingredients until smooth.
  3. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes before transferring it to the greased ramekin.
  4. Stir in your chosen mix-ins.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is cooked.
