Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips

Banana Berry Flavor

  • 1 medium Mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the base ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the blended mixture into separate bowls for each flavor combination.
  4. For the peanut butter cookie dough flavor, mix in the additional ingredients.
  5. For the chocolate chocolate chip flavor, stir in cocoa powder and mini chocolate chips.
  6. For the banana berry flavor, fold in mashed banana, honey, and blueberries.
  7. Pour the mixtures into ramekins or an oven-safe container.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until set and slightly golden on top.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
