Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana banana
  • ¾ cup vegan milk
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt
  • a pinch cinnamon

The topping

  • squares of vegan chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a ramekin if desired.
  2. 2. Blend the oats, banana, vegan milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a large ramekin, leaving some space for rising.
  4. 4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from the oven, top with chocolate, and let it melt slightly before serving.
