Vegan Baked Oatmeal with Strawberries and Bananas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x11-inch baking dish.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the almond milk, maple syrup, and peanut butter until combined.
- Add the oats, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped almonds and a third of the sliced strawberries.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and arrange the remaining strawberries on top.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of the strawberries if desired.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
