Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and chili flakes, cooking until the onion softens.

- Add the pineapple and cook until it is lightly caramelized.
- Stir in the rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the soy sauce if needed, then add the roasted cashews and mix well.
