Instructions
- Prepare the Hunan sauce by whisking together the sesame oil, beef broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, white vinegar, brown sugar, chili paste, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat, then add the beef strips and cook until no longer pink.
- Remove the beef and add the chopped vegetables to the pan, cooking until tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour the prepared Hunan sauce over the mixture, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
