Easy Hunan Beef

Hunan Beef

fresh broccoli florets

red pepper, cut into 1” cubes

green pepper, cut into 1” cubes

Instructions
- Make the Hunan Sauce by whisking together all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Sear the beef in a hot skillet with avocado oil until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
- Cook garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds, then add onion, red pepper, green pepper, and carrots. Sauté until slightly browned.
- Add broccoli and baby corn, stir and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Return the seared beef to the skillet with the vegetables and add the Hunan sauce. Toss everything together and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with jasmine rice, basmati rice, or cauliflower rice.
