Easy Beef and Broccoli

Instructions
- Combine minced garlic, grated ginger, bone broth, tamari, honey, and toasted sesame oil in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add the sauce, bringing it to a simmer.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for about 1 minute until they are vibrant green and slightly softened.
- Add the thinly sliced beef, stir well, and cook until the beef is about half-way done, approximately 30 seconds.
- Dilute the corn starch in water and pour it into the wok, stirring well.
- Let the dish simmer for at least 1 minute until the sauce thickens and the beef is nearly cooked but still slightly pink.
- Remove from heat and serve promptly, optionally garnishing with sesame seeds and green onions.
